Gracious hospitality is shared in an elegant dining room and other common areas at The Heritage. In the privacy of their suites, residents enjoy features which include:

A fully equipped, modern kitchen with energy efficient appliances: continuous cleaning oven and range with hood, full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher and microwave.
Individual balconies and patios.
Wall-to-wall carpeting.
Mini-blinds.
Individually controlled heating and air conditioning system
Washer and dryer.
Large linen storage area and closets.
Smoke detectors.
Safety grab bars in all tub and shower enclosures.
Local telephone and cable television.

Additional Suite Features, include:

Automatic sprinkler system.
Individual, secured storage.
Private, central mailboxes.

Services

Residents at the Heritage enjoy a comprehensive program of services designed for their comfort and convenience, implemented by a carefully selected and trained staff. These services include:

Lunch and dinner are served in the main dining room Monday through Saturday. A buffet is served for Sunday lunch. All meals are overseen by our Culinary Director.
Monthly residential fees include one meal per day, complimentary breakfast Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and an option to purchase additional meals.
Guest meals are billed to the resident's account.
The private dining room may be reserved and catering is available for a reasonable fee.
Housekeeping services are provided once a week. Additional housekeeping is available at an hourly rate.
Weekly flat linen services are provided. Residents provide their own linens.
An emergency call system is in all suites at The Heritage.
Scheduled transportation is available at no charge for scheduled shopping trips, medical appointments and other resident needs.
Individuals or groups scheduling special transportation are billed at a reasonable rate.
A full service beauty/barber shop. Charges are billed to your monthly statement.
Suite monthly residential fees include all utilities except long distance phone calls.
Exterior and interior maintenance of suites and common areas is provided.
A diversified calendar of events and activities is offered by a full-time Director, along with regular meetings of the resident council.
Nursing staff members offer a monthly clinic at The Heritage for preventive health care and checkups.
Residents are guaranteed first available access to care at the Assisted Living Center or the Health Center with doctor's orders, and receive up to 10 free days per year in either Center.
