RehabCare

RehabCare is a hospital-based comprehensive physical and cognitive rehabilitation program dedicated exclusively to treating those individuals who have experienced a disabling injury or illness.

RehabCare is located on the 4th Floor of the Hospital.  Visitors, for your convenience, enter through the Heart Center lobby. Take the elevators across from the Heart Center admitting area to the 4th floor.   Visiting Hours are from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. 

Services are provided for patients with rehabilitation diagnosis such as stroke, congenital deformity, major multiple trauma, brain injury, amputation, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy and Parkinson's disease.

To reach our goal of restoring patients to their full potential while maintaining cost-effectiveness, the medical director works with the team of rehabilitation professionals to oversee the progress of patients. RehabCare accepts referrals from physicians, social workers, rehabilitation nurses, counselors, patients and their families. Candidates for admission will receive a pre-admission screening without charge to determine their appropriateness for the program.
